As Sargent L.E.A.D.S. Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for the sales of all aspects of our online learning platform
Sargent L.E.A.D.S. with a minimum expectation to meet our fiscal sales quota and ongoing goal to meet quarterly bonus quotas.
You are responsible for building new and sustainable relationships with new clients and repeat clients, and acting as a brand ambassador for both Sargent L.E.A.D.S. and all related Sargent Solutions Products, Services and Values. You will report on weekly activity and strategize ways to generate new client leads and increase revenue and will consider client acquisition trends and feedback to continually improve your process.
Job Responsibilities
- Adhering to sales budgets & provide feedback on future forecasting
- New client outreach and retention
- Generating repeat business
- Client success & continued engagement
- Providing reporting & conversion analysis
- Analysing market trends and conducting competitor research as related to Sargent L.E.A.D.S.
- Client advocate to support their needs and direct them to the relevant team member or resource
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for our other Sargent Solution’s products and services
- Be involved in and provide insights to the following areas:
- Project managing the platform (content, creation, website design)
- Marketing plan
- Social media and online presence
Required Experience
- A minimum 2 years of proven experience as a relationship builder or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Results-oriented and focused on achieving measurable goals
- Client focused approach and excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience selling SaaS or LMS specific software considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience working with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT & Database view is considered an asset
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Conditions
- You will receive work directly from the VP of Operations
- You will work both independently and with a team of highly motivated, passionate people on tasks with minimal supervision
- You will work in a remote virtual environment
- You will have a valid passport or visa to enter the United States, which is sometimes required for business travel
- You will work primarily in Eastern Standard Time but can manage a flexible work schedule across all North American time zones when needed
- This position is a full-time permanent role

Salary for this role is $50,000 per year, plus a bonus of $5000 per quarter if sales targets are reached
