On October 26th, 2023 Sargent Solutions hosted their inaugural conference,

Together Towards Tomorrow. Inspired by the theme of "Building a Winning Team: Leadership and Growth Strategies", the Conference explored the key components of successful leadership and team building in the non-profit space, and cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture.
